Our FULL-SERVICE DECORATING Package Includes:

• Design questionnaire (online)

• On-site consultation (1 hour)

• Space planning

• Product sourcing (we do the hunting for the perfect pieces)

• Proposals for each room with selections for: furniture, window treatments, rugs, decorative accessories, etc. (Proposals feature specific items to be ordered, along with pricing.)

• Product ordering, tracking, delivery, and installation.

• Coordination of contractors/installers, including but not limited to: custom drapery, painters, and custom wallpaper installation. Does not include subcontractors for remodeling and renovation purposes.

• 2-8 hours of onsite styling time - Once your larger furniture pieces are in place, we come in and perform the magical finishing touches that tie everything together.

Accessories are those finishing touches that add warmth to a room and give it life. The STYLING Package is ideal for those who hate to shop (or simply don’t have the time) and who love unique accessories that can only be found at places like vintage shops and flea markets. Here’s how it works: After getting to know your style and lifestyle needs (via an online questionnaire and onsite consultation), we set off shopping around town at our favorite home decor haunts. Finally, we show up to your house with bags full of surprise goodies, crank up the tunes, you make us a cocktail*, then we kick you out while we get to work! When you return a few hours later for the room reveal, we expect a very dramatic made-for-tv moment with lots of gasping and tears*.

 

The STYLING Package is available to clients in the Portland metro area, but we are happy to travel to you (for an additional fee) if you live outside of the area. We love to travel and are inspired by new places!

 

Our STYLING Package Includes:

• Design questionnaire (online)

• On-site consultation (1 hour) or FaceTime consultation (if outside of Portland)

• Personal shopping

• 2-8 hours of onsite styling time - we artfully arrange all of your accessories and perform those finishing touches that really tie the room together.

 

This package does not include furniture selection or coordination of installers/subcontractors.

 

*Optional, but highly-encouraged, elements of the process.

Having a hard time deciding on a design direction for your space? Have Pinterest-Paralysis and need a little kick to get going? Take our detailed ideas and run with them yourself. We design, you implement. This is our “guided DIY” package.

 

Our DESIGN PLAN Package includes:

• Design questionnaire (online)

• On-site consultation (1 hour)

• DESIGN PLAN Presentation (online). Includes: project objectives, our design/decor ideas, inspiration photos, and color palette suggestions.

• 1 revision per room at no cost. This means that if you don’t love all of our first ideas, we will go back to the drawing board and come up with new ones!

 

This package does not include item sourcing or shopping lists. We will give you ideas and inspiration, and then you take the wheel to do the shopping and styling on your own. The kitchen and the bathroom are two of the most utilitarian and functional places in the home, but that doesn’t mean that they have to be boring!

 

Although we do not currently oversee major remodels for kitchens and bathrooms, we are happy (nay, excited!) to create a KITCHEN & BATH DESIGN CONCEPT for you that features our expert ideas for these spaces. You can then take our ideas directly to a contractor and coordinate their installation. This is a great option for those who need detailed design direction, but don’t want to pay for a full-service interior designer to oversee the entire process from beginning to end.

• Kitchen & Bath Design Concept, which includes selections for:​

  • Cabinetry style and color

  • Wall color

  • Countertops

  • Backsplash

  • Lighting

  • Window treatments

  • Appliances

  • Sinks and faucets

  • Furniture (such as barstools)

  • Decorative accessories and art

 

This package does not include detailed renderings or the coordination of subcontractors.
